复合高效减水剂的配制及性能研究

摘  要:通过对比试验,研究了高效减水剂的复合掺加对净浆流动度的影响。在高效减水剂的饱和点内,净浆的流动度随着高效减水剂掺量的增加而增大;而在饱和点后流动度不再增加,反而容易引起泌水等不良现象。两种减水剂复合掺加的效果一般优于任何一种单掺的效果,但存在一个最佳掺量和配比。萘系减水剂与氨基磺酸盐减水剂复掺的最佳配比为0.6%∶0.3%;木质素磺酸钙系减水剂与氨基磺酸盐系减水剂复掺的最佳配比为0.9%∶0.3%。Through comparison and test, here made is a study on the effect of the compound addition of the superplasticizer on the fluidity of neat cement mortar. The result shows that under the saturation point of the superplasticizer, the fluidity of the neat mortar increases as its concentration increases. When the concentration is over the saturation point, the fluidity no longer increases with its increased concentration, and instead, some bad phenomena like Compound mix of two kinds bleeding may happen. of superplasicizers has a better effect than either of the single one used, but there should be an optimum contents and proportioning existing. The optimum ratio of naphthalene series water reducer to amino - sulfonate series is 0.6 % : 0.3 % and the ratio of calcium lignosulphonate superplasticizer to amino - sulphonate superplasticizer is 0.9 % : 0.3 %.
