摘　　要：通过整合门诊的优化及规范化运作课题的研究,在调研的基础上,完善了整合门诊的种类配置、应诊模式、人员配备、时间和场地安排、预约和诊疗流程设置、挂号收费标准等方面的工作。同时,结合医院自身条件,制订和强化了医疗运行制度、医疗质量和医疗安全保障制度及流程管理,积极探索管理模式,求真务实,动态观察、适时调整、科学搭配,有效推动了整合门诊的有序开展,建立了一个规范、可行、易于推广的整合门诊运作与管理模式。Based on comprehensive study on the optimization and standardization of integrated outpatient,it had improved services in terms of case variety,diagnose procedure,manning,consulting hour,facilities and registration charge.As well as taking measures suited to conditions.We strengthened the medical system,quality and security,and promote the integrated outpatient service by exploring optimum management pattern,pursuing the truth and practical upgrading continuously.It had gained experiences and achievements through established a standard,practicable and promo table way of integrated outpatient operation and management.
