摘  要:为了满足电厂监控用水中硅酸根离子含量的实际需要,设计了一种高精度智能硅酸根分析仪;该仪表由外围部件、控制模块和存储显示模块组成,在控制模块中,设计了信号处理电路来处理红外光敏二极管的信号,MSP430单片机控制外围部件的开关,并对处理后的信号进行AD采样;在存储显示模块中,引入了基于S3C2440的嵌入式平台,由其提供人机交互界面、数据存储和串口数据解析等功能;大量实验数据表明,该仪表工作可靠,测量误差为±2%FS,重复性为±1%FS,符合电厂监控硅酸根浓度的要求。To meet the power plants'needs of monitoring the concentration of silicate in the water, a high--precision intelligent silicate analyzer has been designed. This instrument is composed of three parts which are peripheral components, control module and storage & display module. In the control module, signal processing circuit is devised to process the signal from the infrared photodiode. MSP430 MCU controls peripheral components, and samples the processed signal. In the storage & display module, embedded platform based on S3C2440 is introduced to provide the functions of GUI, data storage, UART data analysis etc. A large amount of experimental data indicate that it can operate reliably, and its measurement error is less than 2 percent of full scope, and its repeatability is less than 1 percent of full scope, which can satisfy the power plants' demands.
