中药脂肝宁治疗脂肪肝的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察自研中成药脂肝宁口服液（ＺＧＮ）（含黄芪、白术、茵陈、金钱草等）对脂肪肝的临床疗效．方法选择脾虚湿困、肝胆湿热型脂肪肝患者１４８例，随机分为两组．观察组９８例口服ＺＧＮ（２０ｍＬ，２次／ｄ），５０例服用东宝肝泰（３片，３次／ｄ）为对照．观察２组患者服药６ｗｋ后临床症状、血脂和肝脏影像学变化．结果观察组显效率为６６３％，总有效率为９０８％，对临床症状有较高的缓解率（８３３％～９４４％），可使血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白明显下降（Ｐ＜００１），使肝脏的影像学改变减轻或消失，脂肪肝消除率为３９８％．各疗效指标均优于东宝肝泰组．结论ＺＧＮ对脂肪肝及其伴随的高脂血症具有显著可靠的治疗作用．AIM To evaluate the clinical effect of zhiganning mixture (ZGN) on fatty liver. METHODS One hundred and forty eight patients with fatty liver of pixu shikun (water retention due to hypofunction of spleen) or gandan shire (dampness and heat in liver and gallbladder) were selected and randomly divided into two groups, group Ⅰ, treated with zhiganning (ZGN) ( n =98),and group Ⅱ dongbao gantai ( n =50) as control. The changes of clinical symptoms, blood lipids and liver ultrasonogram or CT were observed to evaluate the therapeutic effect. RESULTS The notable effective rate was 66 3% and total effective rate was 90 8% in ZGN group with a high remission rate of 83 3% to 94 4% for all the clinical symptoms. Total cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein were significantly reduced, and elimination rate of fatty liver monitored with medical imaging was up to 39 8%. All the therapeutic indices were better in ZGN group than in the control group. CONCLUSION ZGN has notable and reliable effect on fatty liver and the accompanying hyperlipemia.
