欣母沛治疗产后出血56例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:观察欣母沛用于治疗宫缩乏力所致的产后出血的疗效。方法:选择因宫缩乏力在胎儿娩出至产后2小时出血量≥500ml的患者56例,在用常规方法治疗无效后,采用欣母沛注射,重复使用可间隔15分钟。结果:56例患者中55例有效,有效率达98.21%,1例无效为植入性胎盘。结论:欣母沛治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血效果显著。Obiective： To investigate the effect of hemabate in postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atony. Methods： The 56 patients who had postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atony were givened an injection of hemabate intracervically, after no response to eonventional thearapies. The time interval between multiple doses was about 15 minutes. Results：55 of 56 patients achieved good effect, the effictive rate was 98.21%. 1 case with the implantation of the placenta was invalid. Conclusion： Hemabate is effective in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atony.
