摘　　要：目的:评估乳腺癌改良根治术后患者随访期生活质量的状况及影响生活质量的相关因素。方法:应用欧洲癌症治疗研究组织开发的生命质量测定表EORTCQLQ-C30,对102例乳腺癌改良根治术后患者的调查结果进行分析。结果:102例乳腺癌改良根治术后患者随访期的总体生活质量得分为78.32分。结论:乳腺癌改良根治术后患者随访期各方面功能逐渐改善,生活质量较好。Objective：To assess the quality of life （QOL） state of breast cancer patients after modified radical mastectomy in follow-up period and to analyze the related factors of influencing QOL. Methods： 102 breast modified radical mastectomy patients, life quality were investigate with EORTC QLQ - c30. Results ： The overall QOL Score of all 102 breast cancer patients after modified radical mastectomy was 78.32. Conclusion： The breast cancer patients after modified radical mastectomy have a relative - ly good QOL. Functions of all aspects of them had improved.
