艾滋病防疫人员心理健康状况及应付方式的对照分析

摘　　要：目的了解艾滋病防疫人员心理健康状况及其应付方式,为艾滋病防疫人员心理干预的实施和相关政策的制定提供依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、应付方式问卷对127名艾滋病防疫人员和150名非艾滋病防疫人员,进行问卷调查,将结果进行对照研究并与中国常模做比较。结果艾滋病防疫人员在人际关系、焦虑、抑郁和躯体化因子得分均高于常模(t=0.447、2.315、3.082、0.549;P<0.05或P<0.01),在应付方式求助因子得分上明显低于非艾滋病防疫人员(t=-4.133,P<0.05),成熟型应对方式与人际关系、抑郁、焦虑得分呈负相关(t=0.447、-0.464、-0.457;P<0.05);不成熟型应对方式与躯体化、抑郁、精神病性因子得分呈正相关(t=0.5497、-0.464、0.527;P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论艾滋病防疫人员SCL-90总分、躯体化、人际关系和焦虑显著高于对照组,问题突出。Objective To learn the mental health situation and coping style of acquired immune deficiency syndrome （AIDS） prevention personnel,provide a basis for the implement of the mental intervention and the establishment of the related policy for AIDS prevention personnel. Methods A total of 127 AIDS prevention personnel and 150 Non--AIDS prevention personnel were tested by SCL-90 and CSQ,and the test results of AIDS prevention personnel were compared with the ones of non- AIDS prevention personnel and Chinese mold. Results The scores of AIDS prevention personnel in social interaction, anxiety, depression and somatization factor were higher than those of Chinese mold （t= 2. 124,2. 315,3. 082,0. 549;P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. The score of AIDS prevention personnel in asking for help was lower than that of non--AIDS prevention personnel（t=4.133,P〈0.05）. The mature coping style was negatively correlated with anxiety and depression （t =-0. 447,-0. 464,-0. 457;P〈0.05）. The inmature coping style was positvely correlated with somatization,depression factor. Conclution The SCL-90 scores of AIDS preven- tion personnel in total score,somatization,social interaction,depression and anxiety were significantly higher than those of the control.
