重庆市农村青少年心理健康状况调查研究

摘　　要：目的了解重庆农村青少年心理健康状况。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90),以性别、年级、是否是独生子女等为变量,对重庆市585名农村青少年心理健康水平进行调查与分析。结果 1重庆市青少年多个因子分均高于全国常模(t=19.51,P<0.01);2男生心理健康水平高于女生(t=3.02,P<0.01);3独生子女青少年的心理健康水平总体上比非独生子女青少年的心理健康水平低(t=0.63,P>0.05);4随着年级的增高重庆市农村青少年的心理健康水平呈升高趋势,但是初中生与高中生心理健康问题差异不大(F=4.84,P<0.01)。结论重庆市农村青少年的心理健康问题不容乐观,农村青少年需要得到社会、家庭、学校的特别关注,尤其对于其中心理问题特别严重的青少年要采取必要的干预措施。Objective To study rural adolescent＇s mental health level in Chongqing. Methods A total of 585 rural adolescent＇s mental health condition were assessed by SCL--90. Results ①The rural adolescent got significantly higher scores in several SCL --90 factors than the norms（t = 19.51,P〈0.01） ;②Boys got significantly higher scores than girls in mental health level （t ： 3. 02（P〈0. 01）;③The mental health level of single children in general was lower than that of non-single children（t= 0. 65,P〈0. 05） ;⑤The mental health level of rural adolescent had obvious age traits（F= 4.84,P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The mental health level of rural adolescent in Chongqing is not optimistic, it needs special attention of society, families, schools, especially some rural adolescent who have serious problem need psychological intervention.
