摘 要:本研究采用数字滤波分析(DFA)和快速傅里叶变换(FFT),观测了15例(20耳)听力正常人ABR时域和频域参量的相关性:①当高频不断滤除时,Ⅳ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ波先后消失,至400Hz时以Ⅰ、Ⅴ波为主;②ABR频谱有三个主峰,中心频率分别为227±24Hz(F1),575±23Hz(F2)和1014±54Hz(F3),对应的周期为4.67±0.74ms,1.70±0.06ms和0.97±0.05ms;③ABR的Ⅰ-Ⅴ波间期为4.00±0.10ms,Ⅰ-Ⅲ、Ⅲ-Ⅴ波间期均值为2.00±0.05ms,Ⅰ-Ⅱ、Ⅱ-Ⅲ、Ⅲ-Ⅳ和Ⅳ-Ⅴ波间期均值为1.00±0.03ms,对应的频率依次为250±7Hz,500±13Hz和1001±26Hz。Abstract The parameters of frequency domain and time domain on auditory brainstem response (ABR) in 15 normal hearing subjects were measured with digital filtering analysis (DFA) and fast fourier transform (FFT).Results showed that :① When high frequencies were filtered wave Ⅳ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ disappeared,wave Ⅰ and Ⅴ remained until 400Hz;② There were three major peaks in ABR frequency spectrum,the centre frequencies were 227±24Hz(F 1),575±23Hz(F 2) and 1014± 54Hz(F 3),their corresponding terms were 4 67±0 74ms(F 1),1 70±0 06ms(F 2) and 0 97 ±0 05ms(F 3) respectively;③ The value of interpeak of Ⅰ Ⅴ was 4 00±0 10ms,the mean value of interpeak of Ⅰ Ⅲ and Ⅲ Ⅴ was 2 00±0 05ms,the mean value of interpeak of Ⅰ Ⅱ,Ⅱ Ⅲ,Ⅲ Ⅳ and Ⅳ Ⅴ was 1 00±0 03ms,their corresponding frequencies was 250± 7Hz,500±13Hz and 1001±26Hz respectively.
