摘　　要：舌扁桃体肥大经常被耳鼻咽喉科医生忽视，临床治疗也缺乏合适的手段。报告ＣＯ２激光手术切除舌扁桃体肥大１２例。术后随访１年半以上，患者咽喉疼痛等症状均消失，获得了良好的治疗效果。Abstract Lingual tonsil hypertrophy is generally overlooked in clinical practice without efficient ways of treatment.Twelve patients with lingual tonsil hypertrophy,who were not improved by medical management,underwent lingual tonsillectomy with CO 2 laser.All cases were followed up over one and half a year,and the results were satisfactory with no significant operative complications.CO 2 laser surgery is an effective method for the treatment of lingual tonsil hypertrophy.
