摘　　要：本文采用静态计算法和当年价格体系,对黄河中下游防洪经济进行了分析。新中国建立以来黄河中下游防洪工程投资为44.54亿元,投劳折资10.13亿元,而取得的经济效益达到552.61亿元。伴随防洪工程兴建所带来的诸如堤防修筑挖压占地、滞洪区运用农业损失、三门峡水库修建使得库区移民生活水平下降等所产生的负效益有8.29亿元。Adopted a static method of calculation, rates and prices in these years, the eco nomic analysis and calculation for flood control on the lower Yellow River since the founding of new China were carried out. The results show, the direct investi ment in flood control works was 4454 million yuan, labour forces valued as 1013 million yuan,and the economic benefit was about 55261 million yuan. However, this paper pointed out the economic loss reached 829 million yuan caused by occupation of farmland by flood protection works, reduction of agricural production in flood detention basins when operated and resettlement from Sanmenxia reservoir region.
