摘  要:目的分析车祸所致眼外伤的流行病学特点及临床特征,为车祸眼外伤的急救提供依据。方法2008年1月~2009年12月因车祸导致眼外伤患者99例,分别从性别、年龄、眼部主要外伤及合并全身伤害情况、现场急救方法等方面进行分析。结果男女比例为2:1,年龄分布以20~50岁为主;球内积血患者40例,房角后退患者46例,睫状体脱离患者12例,视神经挫伤患者9例,眼眶骨折患者62例,眼球破裂伤患者6例;合并颅脑出血患者9例,合并头颅部骨折患者49例,合并肢体骨折患者28例,内脏损伤22例;99例患者中眼球摘除或眼内容摘除2例,死亡1例。结论车祸所致眼外伤多合并全身其他系统损伤,以头面部骨折为主,部分患者可合并颅内出血、内脏挫伤等严重并发症,需引起临床重视。Objective To provide a basis for the first aid of injury with the analysis of the epidemiological and clinical features of ocular trauma caused by traffic accident. Methods 99 cases of ocular trauma caused by car accident between January 2008 and December 2009 were sorted from gender, age, types of eye trauma, and any combined body injuries, as well as the first aid treatment offered on site. Results The ratio of the trauma occurred to Male/female reflect 2:1, and its age distribution is mainly allocated between 20 and 50 years old. There were 40 cases of vitreous Hemorrhage and hyphema, 46 cases of angle recession, 12 cases of ciliary body detachment, 9 cases of optic nerve contusion, 62 cases of orbital fractures cases, 6 cases of ocular fracture; combined 9 cases of brain hemorrhage, 62 cases of combined skull fracture, 28 cases of limb fractures, two cases of eye enucleation or removal of its contents, and one case of death. Conclusion Ocular trauma caused by traffic accidents complicated with other body injuries, mainly head and face fractures, and some combined with intracranial hemorrhage, visceral contusions and other serious complications which all deserve a greater clinical attention.
