摘　　要：目的探讨胫骨平台骨折及合并膝关节周围组织损伤的早期诊断和治疗方法 ,总结分析各种胫骨平台骨折合并不同类型软组织损伤的相互关系,探索其诊断与治疗策略。方法对47例胫骨平台骨折及合并组织损伤的病例进行回顾性分析和随访,患者均行切开复位,接骨板内固定,骨缺损者予以植骨,伴周围软组织严重挫伤者待软组织条件改善后再手术,对不同类型软组织损伤同时采取相应的处理方法。结果术后随访45例,随访时间6～24个月,平均15个月,骨折均于12周内愈合,所有患者均恢复了患肢的正常力线,患肢稳定。结论强调胫骨平台骨折关节面复位固定与合并软组织损伤治疗并重,对合并损伤的诊断必须早期、全面、详细、明确,在稳定内固定基础上,对不同类型的软组织损伤必须正确处理,术后早期、合理功能锻炼,最大程度挽救膝关节功能,减少晚期并发症。Objective To investigate the fracture of tibial plateau and the surrounding tissue damage knee early diagnosis and treatment, summarizes and analyzes the merger of tibial plateau fracture types of soft tissue trauma and explore the relationship between diagnosis and treatment strategies. Methods 47 cases of the cases of tibial plateau fracture and merger of tissue injury were retrospectively analyzed and follow-up, patients were open reduction and internal fixation and bone essntil plate shall be bone defect of the surrounding tissue with soft contusing badly to improve after surgery, of different types of soft tissue trauma and corresponding processing methods. Results The follow-up of 45 cases, and follow-up time 6-24 months, average 15 months, fracture healing of 12 weeks, all patients were restored normal limb power line, limb stability. Conclusion Emphasize tibial plateau fracture fixation combined with joint injury of soft reset to merge damage equal treatment and diagnosis of early, comprehensive and detailed must be clear, in stability and internal fixation, on the basis of different types of soft tissue injury must be properly, early postoperative function exercise, reasonable, save the knee function, reduce late complications.
