摘　　要：目的观察纳米银外用抗菌凝胶治疗痤疮炎性丘疹的疗效、安全性及耐受性。方法 204例患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,两组分别采用纳米银外用抗菌凝胶及自制10%阿癀糊夜敷1次,共4次。结果治疗组及对照组治愈率分别为97.05%、83.33%(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论纳米银外用抗菌凝胶治疗痤疮炎性丘疹疗效可靠,安全性及耐受性好。Objective To observe the efficacy, safety and tolerance of nanoparticulate silver gel on the treatment of inflammatory papules of ance. Methods 204 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and culture group. Respectively, nanoparticulate silver gel and self-made 10% amikacin sulfate-xinhuangpian paste were used once at night topically during the 4-day treatment in the treatment and culture groups. Results The total efficacy rate of treatment group and culture group was 97.05%, 83.33%（P〈0.01）, respectively. Statistical difference was reached. Conclusion Nanoparticulate silver gel is another choice for inflammatory papules of acne for its short duration, safety and tolerance.
