乌拉地尔预防高血压患者拔管心血管副反应的临床研究(附24例分析)

摘　　要：为观察乌拉地尔（ＵＲＡ）预防高血压患者拔管心血管副反应，对２４例高血压患者在全麻后拔管期间应用乌拉地尔抑制心血管应激效应。结果表明：拔管前静注ＵＲＡ１５ｍｇ的患者（ＵＲＡ组），ＳＢＰ、ＤＢＰ、ＨＲ、ＲＰＰ在拔管期间与对照值相比较变化不明显。未用ＵＲＡ的患者（对照组），各观察值在拔管期间与对照值相比较增高显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。两组比较差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。说明拔管前静注ＵＲＡ１５ｍｇ能有效抑制高血压患者因拔管引起的心血管应激效应。In order to study the preventive effect of Urapidil (URA) on cardiovascular side response induced by decannulation in patients with hypertension, 24 patients with hypertension were given URA to inhibit cardiovascular stress effect during decannulation after general anesthesia. Results showed that the values of SBP, DBP, HR, RPP in patients who were intravenously injected URA 15mg (the URA group) before decannulation did not differ significantly, compared to the referrence value. The mentioned above vlaues increased significantly in the control group which had not been given URA (P<0.05～0.01). The comparision of the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05 and P<0.01). It was concluded that the intravenous injection URA (15mg) before decannulation can effectively inhibit cardiovascular stress effect induced by decannulation in patients with hypertension.
