党内基层民主的实现形式研究——以湖北省的实践为例

摘　　要：党内民主是党的生命。关注党内民主的具体实现形式,既是理论认知的发展,也是实践探索的推进。本文以湖北省的实践为例,探索党内基层民主的实现形式。这些实践有效地发挥了党内民主对人民民主的示范和带动作用,破解了基层现实政治生活中的一些难题,使党员民主权利保障得到较大改善。进一步改进党内基层民主的实现形式,要将探索的积极性与普遍的规范性统一起来,增强各种民主实现形式的体系化和协调性。The intra-party democracy is the party＇ s life. Attention to the realization of the intra-party democracy is both the development of the theoretical development and the advancement of the practice exploring. The paper, taking case of Hubei, explores the realization of the intra-party democracy at grass root. These praetiee displays effectively the function of model and leading of intra-party democracy to the people democracy, solves some difficulties of political life at grass root and consummates the safeguarding system of party member＇ s rights. To advance further the realization of the intra-party democracy at grass root, it needs to unite the exploring enthusiasm and the general standard, and to strengthen the cooperation of ways to realize the democracy.
