摘 要:竹材重组是竹材加工利用的一种形式,现行的竹材重组技术破坏了竹子本身具有的优良原态结构。竹材原态多方重组材料的创新研发,运用了仿生学原理,保持了整竹竹节中空、外密内疏,抗弯、抗剪及抗压能力强等原态特点,可制造出高强度、大跨度的建筑结构材料。笔者分析了当前竹材重组技术背景及不足,介绍了竹材原态多方重组材料概念的提出及研发,初步进行了仿生蜂窝及多边形化与竹材重组的力学分析。提出了其关键工艺技术及其研究现状,最后展望了竹材原态多方重组材料的应用前景及重要意义。Bamboo reconstitution is a way for comprehensive utilization of bamboo resource,but existing bamboo reconstitution technology has the disadvantages of destroying the original excellent structure of bamboo. The original state polygonal recombined bamboo,a new type material invented by the authors of this paper according to bionics principle,keeps all original features of bamboo,such as having knot and being empty in central part of cross section,dense in outer part of the stem wall and sparse in inner part,outstanding ability of bend,shear and compression-resistance,so it could be made high-intensity,large-span construction material. This paper points out the background and disadvantage of existing bamboo reconstitution technology;introduces the concept and the research of the original state polygonal bamboo,conducts mechanical analysis of a bionic cellular and polygon structure;indicates the key technology to be used for the new bamboo material; and,in the end,forecasts the prospect of the new material and its great significance.
