妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症92例临床分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症围生结局和对围产儿的影响。方法：对92例ICP病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果：研究组在分娩方式、产后出血和住院时间、早产、新生儿窒息、羊水粪染、围产儿死亡、低体重儿、新生儿并发症等方面与对照组比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈〈0．05）。结论：ICP对妊娠结局尤其是对围生儿影响很大。To investigate the perinatal outcomes of intrahepatic cholestasis and perinatal children. Methods： The clinical data of 92 cases of ICP were analyzed retrospectively. Results： Compared the mode of delivery, postpartum hemorrhage, hospitalization time, perinatal outcomes, neonatal complications of the study group with the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Impact of ICP on outcome of pregnancy, especially on perinatal children was great.
