锥颅置管尿激酶溶凝术治疗外伤性脑内血肿的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的研究锥颅置管溶凝术在外伤性脑内血肿治疗中的应用及影响愈后的因素。方法回顾分析我院2002年4月至2008年10月135例外伤性脑内血肿的治疗方法和结果，依人院临床表现、CT特点采取不同的手术方法，比较愈后。结果’术后随访3-6个月，135例行锥颅置管激酶溶凝术的患者无1例死亡，症状明显改善和消失，肌力恢复Ⅱ-Ⅲ级。结论锥颅血肿腔置管引流术应用于部分外伤性脑内血肿的治疗，具有良好的疗效，明显改善了临床预后；严格的选择病例，适宜的手术方式和技巧可以明显减少并发症的发生。To research the application and influence facts after recovering by the means of Burr hole intubation urokininase drainage treating trauma hematoma in inner of brain. Methods：looking back and analyzing the methods and results of 135 disease cases about trauma hematoma in inner of brain when happened in Apr.2002 to in Oct.2008 , according to the clinical phenomena of disease andCT seean characteristic, different operation methods was taken ,then comparing the resnhs after disease recovering .Result ： among135 diseases no any one was dead with Burr hole intubation urokininase drainage treating in 3-6 months after operation. The phenomena of disease are reformed and disappear gradually, their muscle strength has recoveredto Ⅱ -Ⅲ grade.Conclusion ： Burr hole intubation urokininase drainage treating has better curative effect which cures some trauma hematoma in inner of brain,it improves clinic prognosis obviously .It can reduce the syndrome occurring obviously if we can choose the diease correctly and strictly and fit operation as well as good skill.
