Simulation Analysis on Hydrodynamic Lubrication of Misaligned Sliding Bearing for Eccentric Rotor-bearing Friction Pair

摘  要:分析在偏心轴-轴承系统中,偏心轴受离心惯性力的影响变形而导致轴颈倾斜时滑动轴承的润滑特性,建立回转双曲面滑动轴承油膜厚度数学模型,对比圆柱面和回转双曲面滑动轴承在不同转速下,轴颈的倾斜角度、偏心率、油膜压力、厚度分布及静态性能。结果表明,回转双曲面滑动轴承油膜压力和厚度分布相对圆柱面滑动轴承更加平缓,最大油膜压力和最小油膜厚度分布在滑动轴承中央区域,对轴变形具有更强的适应能力;回转双曲面滑动轴承的静态性能更优,相同载荷下,回转双曲面滑动轴承端泄流量更大,在相同的润滑油洗个黏度条件下,温升更小。Hydrodynamic lubrication characteristics of sliding bearing considering misalignment caused by shaft deformation under centrifugal inertial load were analyzed in eccentric rotor-bearing system.Film thickness expression of a sliding bearing with hyperboloid was inferred.Cylindrical sliding bearing was compared with hyperboloidal sliding bearing in gradient of shaft,eccentricity ratio,film pressure distribution,maximum film pressure film thickness distribution,minimum film thickness and static characteristic in varying rotate speed.The results show that the hyperboloidal sliding bearing has a stronger adaptability to misaligned sliding bearing caused by shaft deformation because its film pressure and film thickness distribution has little change,the maximum film pressure and minimum film thickness lie in the central region of sliding bearing,the static characteristic of hyperboloidal sliding bearing is more excellent because the leakage flow-rate is higher under the same load,the lubricant temperature rise is smaller in same lubricant viscosity.
