摘  要:为了研究碰摩故障、油膜振荡及碰摩和油膜振荡相互作用耦合故障,建立了模拟3种故障的实验装置,采集了故障振动信号。运用多标度分形理论,计算了故障振动信号分形维数并绘出广义维数谱,由此提出广义维数能谱的概念,并以广义维数能谱作为特征量,实现了对3种故障特征的提取与识别。提出了用广义维数能谱作为分析识别故障信号的判据,为复杂旋转机械故障诊断提供一种识别方法。In order to study the rub-impact fault,oil whip and rub and oil whip interaction coupling fault,the experimental equipment was established to simulate the three kinds of faults,and the fault vibration signals was collected. Using multi-scaling fractal theory,fractal dimension of fault signals was calculated and general dimension spectrum was drawn,hence general dimension energy spectrum was defined.The general dimension energy spectrum was used as characteristic quantity to actualize the feature extraction and recognition.The method that using the general dimension energy spectrum to identify the fault signal was put forward,and which provides an identification method for the complex rotating machinery fault diagnosis.
