大型盾构机主轴承润滑故障诊断与对策

摘　　要：针对某大型盾构机出现的异常振动问题,通过对主轴承润滑系统及密封方式的研究,对可能造成主轴承润滑系统污染的润滑剂和水样进行检测,分析表明盾构机出现异常振动是由于润滑系统受到油脂污染,造成轴承和齿轮的润滑不良。根据分析结果,检查了润滑系统管路,并对油箱进行反复清洗,除去油箱中的污染物,使润滑系统恢复正常,保证了盾构机的运行安全。Based on the analysis of main bearing lubrication system and sealing of shield machine,lubricant and water samples which might contaminate the lubrication system were analyzed.The test results indicate that the cause of abnormal vibration of shield machine is grease contamination in the lubrication system which leads to poor lubrication of main bearing and gears.According to the analyzing results,countermeasures including inspecting the lubrication pipeline,flushing the oil tank to remove the contaminants were taken to normalize the lubrication system and ensure the normal working of shield machine.
