摘　　要：目的:建立维吾尔药行气坦尼卡尔胶囊中芦荟苷含量的测定方法。方法:采用Shimadzu ODS VP(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(25:75),流速1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为360nm。结果:芦荟苷进样浓度在0.238～2.38μg.mL-1范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率(n=9)为97.6%。结论:本方法简便,结果准确可靠,可用于测定行气坦尼卡尔胶囊中芦荟苷的含量。Objective：To develop an HPLC method for determination of barbaloin in Uygur medicine—Xingqi Tannika＇er capsules.Methods：The Shimadzu ODS VP（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm） column was adopted;the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water （25：75） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,and the detection wavelength was 360 nm.Results：The linear range of barbaloin was 0.238-2.38 μg·mL-1（r=0.9999）;the average recovery（n=9） was 97.6%.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate,and can be used for determining of barbaloin in Xingqi Tannika’er capsules.
