摘　　要：运用PQ2图理论对镁合金笔记本电脑外壳压铸模进行设计验证,并对其压铸工艺进行了优化处理,压铸生产能力得到极大提升。全面细致地介绍了PQ2图的绘制方法及应用过程,并从不同角度进行分析与说明,并将其实用化。By using of the PQ^2 curve theory, the design of magnesium alloy die casting-notebook＇s shell was verified and the die casting process was optimized, which can greatly improve the die casting production capacity. The drawing method and application of PQ^2 curve were presented comprehensively, and analysis and explanation were given from different points to make it easier to understand and to apply to the practical production.
