摘 要:目的确定竹子的最佳采收季节、生长年龄及产地。方法HPLC测定竹子中愈创木酚的含量。采用ODSC18色谱柱,流动相为0.5%磷酸溶液-乙腈(78∶22),流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为220nm。结果愈创木酚在0.04579~0.22896μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9997,平均回收率为97.22%,RSD为1.52%;冬季采收的竹子中愈创木酚含量最高,生长年龄以6.5年为佳。结论为竹子的采收季节、生长年龄及产地提供了实验数据。Objective To study the best collection season,growing age and place of production of Bamboo. Methods The HPLC was used to determine the guaicol in the bamboo. The isolation was ODS C18 column. The mobile phase was 0.5% phosphoric acid-acetonitrile (78:22) with flow rate 1.0mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 220nm and the column temperature was 20℃. Results The linearity of guaicol was well between 0.04579-0.22896μg,r=0.9997. The average recovery was 97.22%,and RSD was 1.52%. The content of guaicol in bamboo of collecting winter was maximum. The best age of bamboo was 6.5 years. Conclusion The experimental data of collection season,growing age and place of production of bamboo was provided.
