摘 要:基于综放采场顶煤体在支架上方裂隙发育程度和破碎特征,为确定综放开采顶煤冒放性和合理的放煤参数提供依据。在综放面支架上方打穿煤层钻孔,采用钻孔摄像仪记录顶煤裂隙的发育情况。从钻孔摄像中取得的影像资料出发,分析了支架上方特厚坚硬顶煤沿厚度方向的破碎特征,进而分析了其破碎机理,并提出了合理的放煤参数,为特厚坚硬煤层综放开采进一步提高顶煤采出率提供技术支持和依据。Based on the fissure development degree and fracture features of top coal above the hydraulic powered supports in the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face,in order to provide the basics to set up the rational top coal caving parameters for the fully mechanized top coal caving possibility,borehole drillings were conducted in the top coal seam above the hydraulic powered supports of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face.A borehole camera had recorded the fracture development.Based on the image information from the borehole camera,the paper analyzed the fracture features of the ultra thick hard top coal above the hydraulic powered supports along the thickness direction and further analyzed the fracture mechanism.The paper provided the rational coal caving parameters,which could be the basics to further improve the top coal mining rate from the fully mechanized top coal caving mining in the ultra thick hard seam.
