摘  要:针对巷道滞后注浆效果难以得到保证的问题,在对注浆效果影响因素分析的基础上,结合巷道注浆的具体参数,利用本质安全YTJ20型钻孔窥视仪电视成像和染色剂跟踪浆液的方法,对朱集煤矿架锚注支护条件下千米深井软岩巷道的滞后注浆效果进行检验。结果表明:巷道滞后注浆的有效加固范围为径向0-2.6 m;在有效的加固范围内外均出现了围岩仍较破碎的区域,有部分大的裂隙和离层中未发现注浆痕迹,这是由巷道注浆孔较浅、注浆间排距过大、注浆滞后巷道掘出时间太长等原因造成的。因此对巷道的注浆参数进行了优化:将浅注浆孔的间排距调整为1.5 m×2.1 m,注浆压力不大于1.5 MPa,注浆的滞后时间控制在巷道掘出后10-20 d;深孔注浆孔深确定为3.0 m,间排距1.5 m×2.1 m,注浆压力不小于2.0 MPa;深浅孔的注浆孔交替布置,深孔注浆滞后浅孔注浆30 d左右。According to the later grouting results of the mine roadway could not be ensured,based on the analysis on influence factors of the grouting results,an intrinsic safe YTJ20 borehole speculum method with a television image dye agent tracing liquid was applied to inspect the later grouting results of the kilometre deep mine soft roadway under the conditions of bolt and grouting support in Zhuji Mine.The results showed that the effective reinforcement scope of the later grouting mine roadway was 0-2.6 m.Within and out of the effective reinforcement scope,there were still broken zones in the surrounding rocks.In some of the large cracks and bed separations,there was no grouting trace found,which was caused by the shallow grouting boreholes of the mine roadway,over long space between the grouting borehole rows,grouting operation too later after the mine roadway headed and other factors.Therefore the grouting parameters of the mine roadway was optimized.The space between the grouting borehole rows was adjusted to 1.5 m×2.1 m.The grouting pressure would not be over 1.5 MPa.The delay time of the grouting operation would be controlled at 10-20 days after the mine roadway headed.The depth of the grouting borehole was set at 3.0 m.The space of the borehole row was set at 1.5 m×2.1 m.The grouting pressure should not be less than 2.0 MPa.The layout of the deep and shallow boreholes for the grouting boreholes should be an alternate layout.The deep borehole grouting should be operated about 30 days delay after the shallow borehole grouting operation.
