摘 要:阐述了水力冲孔措施的消突机理,采用流量法和压力法相结合,确定了水力冲孔有效影响范围为7.6-8.0 m。针对义安矿的三软低透气性突出煤层的实际情况,将6.5 m作为水力冲孔有效影响半径,控制范围为倾向29 m,走向36 m。根据确定的水力冲孔有效影响半径,合理布置水力冲孔钻孔并优化钻孔布置参数,在防止消突范围内出现空白带的情况下,原来施工的每个钻场布置的20个水力冲孔钻孔减少到14个。The paper stated the outburst elimination principle of the hydraulic flushing borehole measures.The combination with the flow method and pressure method was applied to determine the hydraulic flushing borehole with an effective influence ranging from 7.6 m to 8.0 m.According to the actual condition of the low permeable outburst seam with soft roof,soft coal and soft floor in Yi'an Mine,the effective influence radius of the hydraulic flushing borehole was set to 6.5 m,the control range was set to 29 m in tendency and the strike was set to 36 m.According to the effective influence radius of the hydraulic flushing borehole set,the hydraulic flushing borehole drilling was rationally arranged and the borehole arrangement parameters were optimized.In order to prevent the blank zone occurred in outburst elimination scope,20 hydraulic flushing boreholes for each drilling site in previous construction was reduced to 14 hydraulic flushing boreholes.
