摘  要:在顶底板岩石破碎或可能存在含水层的岩层中,为了快速准确测定煤层瓦斯压力,提出了高压注浆固结岩层技术结合胶囊压力黏液封孔测压技术方法,该法可以有效密实裂隙和微隙、阻止承压水与裂隙水进入测压室,较快地测出煤层瓦斯压力,将该法应用于顺达煤矿四号井K11煤层,2号钻孔和3号钻孔的黏液压力稳定在了所要求的压力范围内,在48 h内测得了K11煤层瓦斯压力为0.52 MPa。In order to quickly and accurately measure the seam gas pressure,a method of the high pressure grouting consolidation strata technology and the quick pressure measurement technique with capsule pressure binder sealing borehole pressure measuring technology was proposed in the roof and floor broken strata or in the possible water bearing strata.This method could be effectively to seal the crack and micro fissures and to stop the pressurized water and the water in the crack into the pressure measuring chamber as well as to quickly measure the seam gas pressure.The method was applied to stabilize the binder pressure in the No.2 and No.3 boreholes of K11 seam in Shunda Mine to the required pressure scale and to have got the K11 seam gas pressure of 0.52 MPa within 48 h.
