摘　　要：本文提出了军队中小医院进修生管理及培养的难点在于岗前培训难以一次完成、统一管理难度大、重用轻教和进修质量评价问题;同时针对这些问题提出了分门别类抓好岗前培训、建立分级管理机制、教用并举的带教模式和教学质量的综合评估等对策。In middle and minor military hospitals,difficulties of management and training of postgraduate doctor are those as difficult to reach goal of pre-job training instantly,difficult to unified management,重视thinking much of employment than training,difficult to appraise for training quality.Then the countermeasure were proposed as classifying pre-job training,setting up grade management mechanism,laying equal stress on training with employment,and establishing composite appraise for training quality.
