肉牛饲用膨化玉米尿素的试验研究

摘　　要：介绍了肉牛等反刍动物饲用膨化玉米尿素的加工技术，并测定了产品的粗蛋白及其水溶性。进行了３种比例的玉米粉、尿素、膨化助剂、脲酶抑制剂等混合物料的膨化试验。结果表明：该加工工艺是合理的，含２０％尿素的膨化产品中粗蛋白含量高于６０％，１ｈ水溶出氮低于６０％，该产品能有效延缓瘤胃内尿素的溶解，抑制氨的释放速度，可安全地应用于肉牛等反刍动物。The expanding technique of maize and urea for feeding beef cattle (ruminant) was presented, and the crude protein contents and aqueous solubility of the products were determined. The expanding test was carried out with the compound ingredients including three different proportions of maize meal,urea,improving agents of expansion and urease inhibitor. The results showed that the processing technology is reasonable,the crude protein contents of the products with 20% urea are more than 60%,and the nitrogen of solution for one hour are lower than 60%. The solution of urea in the rumen can be delayed and the release speed of ammonia can be inhibited after the ruminant fed on the products, so that the products can be safely used to feed beef cattle.
