摘 要:LXRα和LXRβ基因是猪肌肉发育和脂肪沉积的重要候选基因。本研究利用PCR-RFLP技术测定了112头藏猪的LXRα-BslI和LXRβ-AciI多态性。结果显示,藏猪群体中LXRα-BslI有CC、CG和GG3种基因型,基因型频率分别为0.4286、0.4643和0.1071;LXRβ-AciI有TT、TC和CC3种基因型,基因型频率分别为0.1964、0.5179和0.2857;与瘦肉型猪基因型分布差别较大。推测可能与藏猪肌肉和脂肪发育遗传特点有关。The LXRα and LXRβ genes were main candidate genes for muscle growth and fat deposition. In the present study,the polymorphisms of LXRα-Bsl I and LXRβ-Aci I were measured with PCR-RFLP in 112 individuals of Tibet pig. The results showed that the LXRα-Bsl I in Tibet pig had 3 genotypes of CC,CG and GG,and frequents were 0.4286,0.4643 and 0.1071 respectively. The LXRβ-Aci I in Tibet pig had 3 genotypes of TT,TC and CC,and frequents were 0.1964,0.5179 and 0.2857 respectively. For the genotype distribution of the two genes Tibet pig was much different with lean-type pig breeds,which might be related to the special traits of muscle and fat developments in Tibet pig.
