内蒙古绒山羊精液冷冻过程中精子活力、活率及顶体变化的探讨

摘　　要：作者用Tris型稀释液冷冻山羊精液效果良好,解冻后精子平均活率达46.99%,最高活率为58%,顶体异常率在37%左右。In this paper the semen freezing of Inner Mongolia cashmere goats were tested. The extender containing Tris,citric acid,glucose,yolk and glycerol was used. After freezing,we achieved the result of 46.99% motile spermatozoa. The highest motility was 58%,and the rate of total unnormal acrosome was 37%.
