摘　　要：与传统农业社会的危险相比,转型期农村社会风险的发生及其存在状态更有其特殊性。深入剖析农村社会风险的特殊性不仅有助于我们识别转型期农村社会风险呈现出的结构性特征,而且还能为建构农村社会风险防范机制提供行动依据。农村社会风险防范机制的有效运行主要取决于转型期农村社会的制度体系发育与完备程度,同时还受到包括文化习俗、生活惯性等在内的诸多非制度因素的制约。健全制度体系与消除非制度障碍是农村社会风险防范机制走出运行困境的必然选择。Compared with the traditional rural social risk, the occurrence and existence of the rural social risk becomes more special in the social transformation period. Deeper analysis of the specificity of rural social risk enables us not only to identify the structural characteristics of rural social risk in this period, but also to provide the basis for the construction of rural social risk aversion mechanism. The effective operation of rural social risk aversion mechanism depends on the rural institutional system development or its degree of completeness, as well as the restrictions of many non-institutional factors including cultural custom, living habits, etc. It is the inevitable choice to improve the system and to eliminate non-institutional barriers for the healthy development of rural social risk.
