摘　　要：乌鲁木齐—昌吉经济一体化是我国区域经济发展的创新模式之一。较之国内其他区域经济一体化的尝试,乌昌经济一体化取得了明显进展,被国内经济界视为区域经济一体化的新范本。总结了乌鲁木齐—昌吉经济一体化推行5年来的进展、经验和存在问题,提出了加快乌昌经济一体化的对策和建议。Urumqi-Changji＇s economic integration is one of the innovation models for the development of China＇s regional economy.Compared with the trials of other regions＇economic integration in China,Urumqi-Changji＇s economic integration,which has made obvious progress,is considered as a new template of regional economic integration.This paper summarizes the development,experiences and problems of Urumqi-Changji＇s economic integration during 2004-2009,and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for speeding up Urumqi-Changji＇s economic integration.
