“政产学研金中”合作发展研究

摘　　要：加强产学研合作已经成为当前我国建设创新型国家的一项非常重要的战略性举措,产学研合作本身是一个跨部门、跨行业、跨区域合作的系统性工程,在合作创新中已不单是产、学、研三方独立的内部合作,需要政府和银行以及科技中介机构的介入来促进合作的进一步深入。对政产学研金中六方的合作进行了研究,提出六方共同合作进行创新发展的必要性。Strengthening the cooperation of enterprises,universities and research institutes has currently become a very important strategical measure for China to construct an innovative country,and the cooperation of enterprises,universities and research institutes is a systematic engineering based on interdepartmental,multisectoral and interregional operation.In the cooperative Innovation,it is not merely the independent internal cooperation among enterprises,universities and research institutes,it needs the intervention of governments,banks and sci-tech intermediary agents to promote the further deepening of the cooperation.This paper researches the cooperation of the six parts of among governments,enterprises,universities,research institutes,financial units and intermediary agents,and points out the necessity of six parts＇common cooperation for carrying out the innovative development.
