润肠通便颗粒对小鼠便秘及肠推进作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究润肠通便颗粒对小鼠便秘及肠推进作用的影响。方法(1)将50只小鼠随机分为5组,除正常组外,其他4组造模,观察小鼠排便情况,造成小鼠便秘模型,造模成功后随机分为模型组、麻仁丸对照组、润肠通便颗粒低、高剂量(3、6 g/kg)组,治疗后观察其排便时间、排便次数、平均便重、大便性状。(2)小鼠40只,随机分为4组,即正常对照组、麻仁丸对照组、润肠通便颗粒低、高剂量(3、6 g/kg)组,观察小鼠灌胃给药后对肠推进的影响。结果造模后模型组大便次数减少、排便时间延长、平均便重减少、粪便量少且发硬,与正常组比较均具有显著性差异;对照组、治疗组与模型组比较,大便次数明显增加,排便时间缩短,平均便重增加,大便性状变软,且治疗组疗效优于对照组,润肠通便颗粒明显能促进小肠推进。结论润肠通便颗粒可以显著缩短便秘小鼠排便时间、增加排便次数及便重、促进小鼠粪便软化,增加肠推进,促进小肠的传输功能。Objectives To study the effect of RCBT granula on constipation and facilitation in mice.Methods Fifty mice were divided into five groups randomly.They were the normal,model,fructus cannabis bolus,RCTB high and low dosage groups respectively.A model of costive mice was made by administrating rice with drinking water before observing the effect on the duration of defecation,defecation frequency,average excrement weight,character of excrement in mice.Forty mice were divided into five groups randomly to observe the effect on intestine facilitation after receiving the test preparation for 3days.Results Compared with the normal group,the times of defecation and average excrement weight were decreased obviously,and defecation frequency was increased in the modle group（P0.01）.Compared with the model group,the times of defecation and average excrement weight were increased while defecation frequency shortened in RCTB and control group.Excrement of mice in the therapy group was softer than that of the model group.The therapeutic effect of RCTB granula on costiveness was better than that of fructus cannabis bolus.The test of intestine facil.proved that RCTB granula can enhance intestine facil.in mice.Conclusion RCTB granula can shorten the duration of defecation,and increase the times of defecation and the average excrement weight in costive mice.The experiment confirms that RCTB granula can strengthen progradation and transmission of intestines in mice.
