改进型复方磺胺嘧啶银乳膏对烧伤创面修复的促进作用

摘　　要：目的观察改进型复方磺胺嘧啶银乳膏剂对烧伤创面愈合的促进作用。方法选择浅Ⅱ°和深Ⅱ°烧伤患者为试验对象,采用随机双盲自身对照试验。以创面愈合为指标,判断创面愈合时间,并观察创面动态愈合率及不良反应。结果浅Ⅱ°创面用药组和对照组愈合时间分别为(8.39±2.25)、(9.52±2.56)d,两组间具有显著性差异,用药组动态愈合率也明显提高;深Ⅱ°用药组和对照组创面愈合时间分别为(16.80±2.99)、(18.27±3.17)d,两组间有非常显著性差异,用药组动态愈合率也明显提高。结论复方磺胺嘧啶银乳膏剂对烧伤创面有明显的抗感染及促进修复作用。Objective To observe whether the compound sulfadiazine silver cream can enhance the healing of burn wounds.Methods Double-blinded trial was used to investigate the healing-promoting effects and anti-infection reaction of compound sulfadiazine silver cream.The self-corresponding wounds of the same depth in all patients were used as control.The time taken by complete healing,healing rates of different times and adverse reaction were observed.Results The healing time of superficial Ⅱ degree and deep Ⅱ degree was significantly different between the compound sulfadiazine silver group and the control.In the cream-treated group,healing time was shortened and the healing rate was raisedConclusion The above results demonstrate that compound sulfadiazine silver cream can enhance burn wounds healing and anti-infection
