摘　　要：目的测定硫酸庆大霉素及其制剂的效价。方法微生物比浊法。结果硫酸庆大霉素在0.41~1.00U/ml范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9948（n=5）。结论对影响试验的因素进行了归纳,并提出了相应的控制措施,对减少试验误差保证检验结果的可靠性具有一定的参考指导价值。Objective To determine the potency of gentamycin sulfate and its preparations.Methods The turbidimetric method was used to determine the content of gentamycin sulfate and its preparations.Results The linear range was 0.41～1.00U/ml,r=0.9948（n=5）.Conclusion Factors affecting the experiment were summarized,and corresponding control measures were suggested to reduce experimental errors and ensure the reliability of test results.
