摘　　要：以甲基丙烯酸-2-二甲基胺基乙酯(DMAEMA)为单体,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(BIS)为交联剂,过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,在35℃条件下,采用自由基水溶液聚合制备了PDMAEMA均聚物水凝胶.通过溶胀度测定和环境扫描电镜对凝胶的温度和pH敏感性进行了研究.利用动态粘弹谱仪进行压缩和蠕变实验,研究了凝胶的力学性质.结果表明:PDMAEMA凝胶具有温度和pH双重敏感性,力学性质测试表明凝胶具有一定的强度和良好的黏弹性.The poly 2-（dimethylamino） ethyl methacrylate （PDMAEMA） homopolymer hydrogel was prepared by the free radical polymerization in aqueous solution at 35 ℃,using the N,N＇-methylene bisacrylamide （BIS） as cross-linker,potassium persulfate （KPS） as initiator. The pH and temperature sensitivity,morphology of PDMAEMA hydrogel were studied by swelling degree measurements and SEM. The mechanical performance of this hydrogel was evaluated by compressure and creeping experiments,using dynamic mechanical analysis （DMA）. The results show that the PDMAEMA hydrogel has double sensitivities in temperature and pH. The results from mechanical analysis suggest that the hydrogel has certain intensity and excellent viscoelastic properties.
