摘　　要：介绍湖北省社会公益出版专项资金运行的基本状况,包括该资金的设立、落实及其作用与影响;就确保该项公益出版专项资金评审管理工作的科学运行,从评审制度、评审程序、评审专家、社会宣传等几方面进行梳理,并对评审管理提出几点意见和思考。This paper first describes the basic situation of special founds for public service publication in Hubei Province, including the establishment and implementation of the funds and its role and impact. Secondly, on how to ensure the funds running reasonably, it discusses the evaluation system, assessment procedures, assessment specialists and social advocacy of the funds. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions on the funds assessment management.
