摘　　要：卢秉久教授认为,肝炎后肝硬化病机是肝郁脾虚。治宜疏肝健脾之品以治其本,辅用利水、化瘀等品以疗其水停血瘀。病在初期,以柴胡疏肝散加减;病属中期,加用蓼实和枳椇子;病到晚期,选用血府逐瘀汤。Professor LU Bing -jiu that the pathogenesis of liver cirrhosis is liver depression Spleen. Expelling Shuganjianpi of the goods in order to rule at their benefit on the secondary use of water, sedimentation and other goods in order to stop its water treatment and blood stasis. Disease at an early stage in order to Chaihushugan decoction ; disease is a medium -term, plus with Polygonum real and Hovenla duleis Thunb ; disease to the late selection of Xuefuzhuyu soup.
