益气温阳活血利水法对慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量的影响研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察益气温阳、活血利水法对慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量的影响。[方法]共选取56例慢性心力衰竭患者,均在西药治疗基础上,其中中药治疗组29例给予益气强心饮口服,8周后进行明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量调查表的评分。[结果]中药治疗组明尼苏达生活质量调查积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]益气温阳、活血利水法能提高慢性心力衰竭患者的生活质量。[ Objective ] To observe the effects of Yiqiwenyang, Huoxuelishui act on the quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure. [ Methods ] Selected 56 patients with chronic heart failure, who are kept on the basis of the western medicine Treatment, 29 cases of Chinese medicine treatment group given YiqiQiangxin drink. All patient are rated by minnesota heart failure quality of life questionnaire after 8 weeks. [ Results ] points of the Minnesota Health and Quality of Chinese medicine treatment group is significantly lower than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] Reinforcing Qi, warming Yang, activating blood and promoting diuresis method can improve the quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure.
