摘　　要：慢性肾炎蛋白尿病机复杂,肾气失固为病机关键,补肾固摄是最根本的治法。脾胃是全身气机升降之枢纽,健脾益气可鼓舞脾气,升清降浊,使清浊各行其道,尿中蛋白得以清除。The complex pathogenesis of chronic glomerulonephritis, kidney Qi solid loss for the pathogenesis of the key astringent kidney is the most fundamental rule of law. The spleen and stomach Qi is the body movements of the hub, spleen Qi can be encouraged by the temper or clear and descending the turbid, so that voicing prevails, urine protein to be removed.
