活心汤加减治疗慢性心力衰竭30例

摘　　要：[目的]观察活心汤加减治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效。[方法]随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例。对照组以ACEI、利尿剂等,根据心功能状况使用硼酸酯及地高辛。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上,采用自拟活心汤加减治疗。[结果]治疗组显效16例,有效11例,无效3例;对照组显效13例,有效8例,无效9例。[结论]活心汤有缓解症状,提高生活质量,减少住院率的作用。[ Objective ] To observe the living heart decoction treatment of chronic heart failure efficacy. [Method] Were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases. The control group with ACEI, diuretics, etc. , according to the use of cardiac function, and to a high rate of boric acid ester. The treatment group on the basis of the control group, using self - made living heart decoction treatment. [ Results ] Treated group markedly effective 16 cases, effective 11 cases, ineffective 3 cases ; control group markedly effective 13 cases, effective 8 cases,ineffective 9 cases. [ Conclusion] Living heart decoction has to relieve symptoms and improve quality of life, reduce hospitalization and role.
