摘　　要：[目的]观察中药为主治疗慢性肾脏病临床疗效。[方法]50例治宜温补脾肾,通腹泻浊。以补益气血药,配合复方大黄汤高位滴注保留灌肠,必要时配合西药对症,补充铁剂,控制感染,维持水电解质酸碱平衡。[结果]治疗50例,显效19例,有效26例,无效5例。[结论]中药治疗对不同期效果不同,早期可减轻症状,减缓慢性肾脏病的进展。[ Objective ] To observe the traditional chinese medicine - based clinical treatment of chronic kidney disease. [ Method]50 patients treat disease pryetic tonification of spleen and kidney,Tongfu Xiezhuo. By replenishing qi and blood drugs, Infusion of compound rhubarb decoction with a high retention enema, When necessary, with the western symptomatic, supplementary iron, infection control, maintaining water and electrolyte acid -base balance. [Results] Treatment 50 cases, markedly effective 19 cases, effective 26 cases, ineffective 5 cases. [ Conclusion] The effects of traditional chinese medicine treatment on the different phases is different from the early ease symptoms, slow the pace of progress of chronic kidney disease.
