摘　　要：[目的]通过卫生适宜技术中医项目—针刺肩痛穴治疗肩周炎的推广,针刺治疗31例,进行疗效分析和总结。[方法]31例,取穴中平穴和中渚穴,配合手法,治疗肩周炎。[结果]治愈27例,占87%;显效3例,占9.7%;有效1例,占3.2%;无效0例,总有效率100%。[结论]通过临床应用观察,针刺肩痛穴治疗肩周炎疗效显著。[ Objective] Appropriate technology projects through the Health TCM - acupuncture point treat- ment of periarthritis shoulder promotion, the treatment of 31 patients, For efficacy analysis and summary.[Method]This group 31 cases, selecting points Zhongping point and middle islet point, with manipulation, treatment frozen shoulder. [ Results ] Cured 27 cases, accounting for 87% ; effective 3 cases, accounting for 9.7% ; effective 1 cases, accounting for 3.2% ; invalid 0 cases, the total effective rate was 100%. [ Conclusion ] Through clinical observation, acupuncture shoulder pain point treatment of frozen shoulder shoulder effect is significant.
