不同血压水平对动脉顺应性的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同血压水平对大动脉弹性指数C1、小动脉弹性指数C2的影响。方法:入选理想血压、正常血压、正常高值血压及高血压人群共953例,使用动脉脉搏波分析仪测量C1、C2。使用协方差分析比较不同血压水平C1、C2的差异,使用多元逐步回归分析影响C1、C2的主要因素。结果:随着血压水平的增高,C1、C2逐步降低(P<0.0001)。随着年龄、收缩压、脉率的增加,C1、C2均降低;男性C1、C2高于女性;吸烟者C2低于不吸烟者。结论:C1、C2随着血压水平的升高而降低,正常血压与正常高值血压者C1、C2较理想血压者已有明显降低。Objective：To investigate the influence of blood pressure level on large arterial compliance（C1） and small arterial compliance（C2）.Methods：Nine hundred and fifty three subjects were divided into optimal,normal,high normal blood pressure and hypertension groups according to their blood pressure levels.C1 and C2 were measured by pulse wave analysis.Statistical methods included analysis of covariance and stepwise regression analysis.Results：C1 and C2 were decreased with increased blood pressure levels（P 〈0.000 1）.Stepwise regression analysis showed that C1 and C2 were decreased with increased age,systolic blood pressure and heart rate;men had higher C1 and C2 than women;and smokers had a lower C2 than non-smokers.Conclusion：C1 and C2 are decreased with blood pressure levels.Non-hypertensives with blood pressure levels at normal or high-normal ranges have lower arterial compliance than those with optimal blood pressure.
