摘　　要：新修订的《建筑抗震鉴定标准》(GB50023—2009)已于2009年7月1日颁布实施,为更好地理解与执行标准,从标准的适用范围、现有建筑后续使用年限的确定、抗震鉴定的设防标准、分级鉴定方法与综合抗震能力评定、抗震鉴定结论这几个方面,对新标准进行了细致的解读与探讨。The new Standard for seismic appraisal of buildings （GB50023--2009） was put into effect on July 1st, 2009. For the purpose of comprehension and execution of new standard better, the basic stipulation for seismic appraisal of buildings was discussed, such as application scope of the standard, determination of continuous seismic service life, adjustment of seismic fortification level for existing buildings, stepped appraisal method, assessment of compound seismic capability and results of seismic appraisal.
