双联PPH治疗直肠前突合并直肠黏膜内脱垂所致便秘（附38例报告）

摘　　要：为探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）结合手缝PPH（简称双联PPH）治疗直肠前突合并直肠黏膜内脱垂所致便秘的疗效，回顾性分析采用双联PPH治疗直肠前突合并直肠黏膜内脱垂所致便秘患者38例的临床资料。结果显示，手术有效率100％，其中治愈率47．4％，显效好转率52．6％。随访6个月至3年有1例复发，复发率为2．6％。结果表明，严格掌握手术适应症，双联PPH治疗直肠前突合并直肠黏膜内脱垂所致便秘是一种安全、有效的新技术，具有手术疗效好、方法简便、后遗症少、复发率低等优点，近期疗效肯定。The objective of the study was to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of double PPH （PPH by stapler plus by hand suture） in the treatment of constipation caused by rectocele and internal rectal mueosal prolapse. The clinical data of 38 patients were analyzed retrospectively. As results, the improvement rate was 100% ,including 47.4% of cure rate and 52.6% of marked improvement rate;and recurrence was found in 1 case during 0.5-3.0 year＇s follow-up（2.6%）. It is concluded that double PPH is a safe,effective new procedure, which can render the therapeutic outcome better in terms of efficacy, sequelea, recurrence,in the treatment of constipation caused by rectocele and internal rectal mucosal prolapse.
